Hopper Dryer(CE)

Hopper dryers are designed for drying non-hygroscopic plastics granules with hopper capacities up to 560kg. Hopper dryers blows hot air from bottom cone via a shade separator. The hopper and its base are separated. The inner part of hopper applies stainless steel. It applies a heat insulation blower to extend the lifespan of the blower. It can accurately control temperature and has overheated protection device. All models offer microprocessor controller, and P.I.D. can automate calculation, so the temperature is precise. We offer options for adding timers and overheated alarm device, magnet base , steel frame and dust collector etc, so as to improve quality and efficiency. SGS provides CE mark for this series.
